We often wait for life to settle before taking the next step. Yet progress can begin while uncertainty remains. Sometimes the beginning is simply doing what is possible today.
Losing my sight changed how I lived. Learning to live again meant accepting help, learning new skills and moving forward one step at a time. Strength grew through action, even when the action was small.
A two-minute reflection
Write your answers, speak them aloud or discuss them with someone you trust:
- What is weighing on me today?
- What part of it can I influence?
- What small, useful step will I take?
Your step might be making a call, asking for help or returning to something you have postponed. Choose one action you can begin today.
Progress begins with the step available to you.
